On the same day, the company announced the official launch of its Latin America market expansion plan, having formally entered the Mexican market on March 25 and unveiled a three-year strategy for the region. According to the plan, XPeng will introduce both battery-electric and extended-range electric vehicle models in Latin America by 2027, aiming to become the market leader in the region by 2028.
