Valuation reached 7.1 billion yuan, LEAP won 360 million A-2 round of financing

On July 30, Dahua, the parent company of LEAP MOTOR, issued a notice: Jinhua Car Fund intends to increase the capital of A-2 round of LEAP, with a total capital increase of 360 million yuan.  Among them, 29,355,800 yuan was included in the registered capital of LEAP Technology.  The remaining 330 million yuan is included in the capital reserve of LEAP MOTOR.

Editor: After this round of financing, Jinhua Car Fund holds 5.06% of the shares of LEAP MOTOR. Based on this calculation, the valuation of zero-sport cars is about 7.115 billion yuan.  At present, the first model of LEAP MOTOR has entered the delivery stage. In addition, the LEAP MOTOR will launch two models in 2020, but from the current announcement, LEAP MOTOR achieved revenue of 1.21 million yuan in the first half of this year, a net loss of 200 million yuan. There is still a long way to go.

NIO x RAZER ES6 Night Explorer limited edition：RMB 467.8k without subsidy

On August 2^nd, NIO x RAZER ES6 Night Explorer limited edition was officially launched. The ES6 Night Explorer is based on the ES6 Performance Edition. The exterior features the iconic black and green color of the Razer. The body side, front lip and rear bumper are added to the Razer logo and the trim strips. In addition, the two parties combine the Razer Chroma Symphony Light Effect, THX Space Sound Technology and the existing technology in the automotive field to provide customers with a better driving experience through the atmosphere lighting effect and car audio.

HiPhi 1 launched, mass production in 2021

The first production model of Human Horizons was also launched at the press conference and named "HiPhi 1". The positioning of the new car is a luxury intelligent pure electric super SUV, which will be launched in the global high-end market. It is understood that the new car will be trial-produced in the second half of next year and will be put on the market in the first half of 2021.

It is a truly future-oriented product that goes beyond being a conventional transportation device, it is a true smart vehicle.  All new door system with a human-centric design for easy entry and exit with its three unlocking modes. 18 internal and external sensors accurately generate an understanding of the occupants and pedestrians.

Each door is sensor-laden to control its opening and closing angles based on obstacles within its proximity. Asymmetrical instrument panel to maximize passenger space, 20-inch IMAX-inspired screen, equipped with seat ventilation, seat warming, seat massage and leg rest.

In terms of power, HiPhi1's 200 kW motor and ultra-low drag coefficient can achieve 3.9 seconds of 0-100 km/h acceleration and more than 600 km of cruising range. At the same time, high-strength steel-aluminum body, intelligent air suspension, four-piston brake calipers, high-efficiency energy feedback energy-saving system, etc. have also become the standard configurations for the new model.
