Tesla plans to expand its Eddie World Supercharger station in Yermo, California, this year, creating the largest charging site in history with over 400 V4 chargers—more than double the capacity of its current largest station in Lost Hills, which has 168 stalls. The project will be rolled out in six phases, with the first phase adding 72 V4 chargers later this year. Located along Interstate 15 between Los Angeles and Las Vegas—a corridor with heavy traffic—the site already has more than 200 high-power chargers within a 32-kilometer radius, yet long queues still frequently occur during peak hours. Beyond significantly boosting charging capacity, the upgraded station will feature amenities including a Cracker Barrel restaurant, McDonald’s, a convenience store, outdoor dining areas, and commercial lease space. It will also include drive-through stalls specifically designed for Cybertrucks, trailers, and future Tesla Semi electric trucks.
