From:Internet Info Agency 2019-06-10 17:35:30

Here is Energy Weekly report. We are committed to bring together all the topics and new launching vehicles in the new energy area.

Last week, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China officially issued 5G commercial licenses to China Unicom, China Mobile, China Telecom, and China Radio and Television. China officially entered the first year of 5G. In addition, three ministries such as the National Development and Reform Commission issued a new implementation plan: promoting the upgrading of key consumer products, smoothing resource recycling (2019-2020). The new plan pointed out that it is strictly forbidden to adopt a policy of restricting purchases and restrictions on new energy vehicles. Let’s have a total look at it.

The latest

Development and Reform Commission: NEV purchase restrictions should be cancelled

On June 6, the National Development and Reform Commission and other 2 departments clearly pointed out in the new implementation plan that it is strictly forbidden to introduce new regulations on automobile purchase restrictions; local governments that have implemented automobile purchase restrictions should speed up the transfer from restricted purchase to guided use, and manage according to urban traffic congestion, pollution control and traffic demand. At the same time, local governments are not allowed to implement restrictions and purchase restrictions on new energy vehicles. The restriction policy should be cancelled in the areas that have implemented it.

Editor: The local government will publish specific implementation plans after research. In addition, as early as 2015, Beijing set an upper limit for the total vehicle consumption of 6.3 million vehicles in 2020. At the end of 2018, the number of motor vehicles in Beijing was about 6.08 million. Based on this year's license plate allocation rules, Beijing will issue 200,000 new license plates in this year and next. From the perspective of the license plate policy, there is not much room for new vehicles in Beijing. If you still have illusions, then look forward to the "Zero car family can directly get new energy indicators", after all, this may be the most likely to be implemented in Beijing.

5G commercial license - China took the lead in entering the 5G commercial stage

On June 6, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially issued 5G commercial licenses to China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom and CBN. The issuance of 5G commercial licenses will accelerate the construction scale of the network to a certain extent, and China will officially enter the 5G year. It is worth noting that CBN has become another enterprise that has obtained 5G commercial licenses.

BORDRIN MOTORS received 2.5 billion yuan financing, iV6 white body went off line

On June 3, BORDRIN MOTORS and SILVER SADDLE EQUITY formally signed an investment cooperation agreement. The funds raised in this round of financing will be mainly used for product development and marketing investment of BORDRIN MOTORS.

On June 4th, the first white body of the BORDRIN iV6 went off the assembly line. This means that the vehicle structure has been finalized, and the final assembly work of the chassis, power, electronics, interior and exterior parts will begin. According to the plan, the new car will be mass-produced at the end of this year and will be delivered in the first quarter of 2020.

Editor: The 2.5 billion yuan funding also proves that the recognition of the capital market. And the off-line of iV6 means that BORDRIN has been working hard on the mass production of new models.

AIWAYS invested 1.7 billion yuan in JMC Holdings and successfully won the production qualification.

At the end of May, we learned through a third-party enterprise information platform that AIWAYS Motors acquired a 50% stake in JMC Holdings. On June 5, one of JMC's controlling shareholders, Changan Automobile, issued an announcement confirming the news and disclosed relevant details.

AIWAYS Auto increased its capital to JMC Holdings by RMB 1,746,602,100, of which RMB 1 billion was included in the registered capital and RMB 746,602,100 was included in the capital reserve. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of JMC Holdings will increase from RMB 1 billion to RMB 2 billion, and AIWAYS will hold 50% of the shares of JMC Holdings. At present, AIWAYS has paid a guarantee of 300 million yuan.

The AIWAYS U5 will be officially put into operation in September this year and will be delivered in succession during the year. Ford Territory EV – Ford’s first EV in China

On June 6, Ford officially released the Territory EV, the first pure electric vehicle launched in the Chinese market. The Territory EV is also equipped with a 10.25-inch full LCD high-precision digital instrument panel, a seven-color optional LED interior ambience light and a knob shifting mechanism. In addition, Territory EV is equipped with safety features such as front collision warning, parking assist system, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, intelligent high beam control and traffic sign recognition. The 10-inch LCD touch screen's Feiyu Zhixing infotainment interactive system recognizes the owner's natural language and adjusts common functions such as navigation, air conditioning, windows, and seats.

In terms of power, Ford officially only announced that its NEDC cruising range is 360 kilometers, and other power information has not been announced.

Editor: As Ford's first pure electric vehicle launched in China, Territory EV is still remarkable in terms of design and technology configuration, but its 360-kilometer comprehensive cruising range is not quite good in the current new energy vehicle market.
