1. BMW Brilliance's digital business company opened in Beijing
On June 12, the wholly-owned subsidiary of BMW Brilliance, “LINGYUE Digital Information Technology Co., Ltd.” was opened in Beijing. The company was formally incorporated in January 2019 and is part of BMW Brilliance. It is also the first independent digital business company established by the BMW Group in the global market. Ms. Mei Xiaoqun was appointed President and CEO of LINGYUE, responsible for the company's operations and management.
Its business scope covers omni-channel marketing digital solutions, big data analytics, customer relationship management, e-commerce and digital marketing services. In addition, LINGYUE provides value-added services to its customers through partnerships with partners and third parties, and provides training and support for the digital transformation of BMW Group's distributors.
2. Evergrande and the Guangzhou government signed new agreements.
On June 11, Evergrande and the Guangzhou government signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement and a major investment cooperation agreement for the Nansha series. According to the agreement, Evergrande will invest 160 billion yuan to build three new bases for new energy vehicles in Nansha District of Guangzhou.
