BYD opens its first Canadian factory.
On June 25th, BYD announced that it has opened its first factory in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, covering an area of 45,000 square feet (equivalent to 4,200 square meters). It is expected to recruit more than 20 employees and hope to expand production in Canada. Orders for 10 electric buses from the Toronto Transportation Commission have been received.
HOZON and Harmony Automobile reached a strategic cooperation
