#China FAW new development plan
China FAW covers such brands as Hongqi, Bestune, Jiefang, and etc. All these brands are plans for entering the new energy segment.
At the 2019 World New Energy Vehicle Conference opened on Monday, China FAW announced its next phase of development planning. China FAW plans to make new energy products account for 40% of passenger cars by 2025 and 60% by 2030.
#FAW Toyota sales increased 16% in June
In the first half of 2019, FAW Toyota has unveiled four new cars, enriching and refining its product line-up.
Its wholesale volume from January to June was 380,793 units, and sales in June were 64,000 units. From January to June, retail sales were 351,944 units, with 69,000 units in June sales, up 16% year-on-year. Among them, the Corolla, the IZOA, the RAV4 and the Prado have achieved good results.
At the same time, the newly launched Avalon also performed very well, with 5,611 new cars delivered in June.
