The total investment of the contracted project reached 1.7 billion yuan, which is an annual production capacity of 800,000 turbocharger assemblies, 30,000 hydrogen fuel cell air compressor projects, and an annual production capacity of 500,000 transmissions DCM / HCM (dual clutch). The main investment body of the project is HYCET Technology Co., Ltd.
According to public information, the turbocharger assembly and hydrogen fuel cell air compressor project signed this time have a total investment of about 1.1 billion yuan and a registered capital of 50 million yuan, of which about 420 million yuan in fixed asset investment. The transmission DCM / HCM project has a total investment of about 600 million yuan and a registered capital of 50 million yuan, of which fixed asset investment is about 260 million yuan.
The investment subject of this contract is HYCET Technology Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Great Wall Motor Co., Ltd. At present, HYCET has 4 subsidiaries, namely HYCET Power System Co., Ltd., HYCET Transmission System Co., Ltd., HYCET Electric Drive System Co., Ltd., and HYCET Intelligent Steering System Co., Ltd. The main business covers the R & D, production and sales of four major product groups: power system, transmission system, electric drive system and intelligent steering system.
