IIA learned from Aiways that Aiways U6 ion, a new pure electric SUV, has officially unveiled its concept car at the Chengdu Auto Show. The new car adopts the style of Coupe coupe, inheriting the family design language, but the design is more avant-garde in some details.
U6 ion is positioned as a cross-border coupe SUV, based on the intelligent pure electric vehicle MAS platform architecture that Aiways is developing. The appearance of the new car continues the family design style, combined with the coupe shape for cross-border combination, dynamic and full of tension.
The side of the body adopts a larger slip-back shape, and the tail wing further enhances the sports atmosphere of the car. The design of the through-type taillights at the rear of the car is relatively simple, and with the rich lines at the rear, it looks very layered.
In the interior, the Aiways U6 ion concept car adopts a minimalist design, and the combination of light and orange colors makes the car full of vitality. The unique steering wheel design with full LCD instrumentation and clean lines make the interior look very technological.
For the power system, the AiwaysU6 ion concept car is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor, with a comprehensive cruising range of more than 500km, and is equipped with L3 level automatic driving assistance technology. In addition, the new car also provides an optional extended range package, providing an additional 120km cruising range under the NEDC standard.
