Recently, Chongqing Run Kai New Energy Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Run Pei New Energy Co., Ltd. were successively established, with David Dai serving as the legal representative of both companies. Their business scopes cover online energy monitoring technology R&D, IoT technology R&D, technical services, and application services. According to equity penetration data from Qichacha, both companies are indirectly and wholly owned by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL), marking CATL's further expansion into the integration of new energy and the Internet of Things (IoT).
