Ford has officially unveiled the 2026 Mustang Shelby Super Snake, a limited-production model capped at just 300 units globally, designed to bridge the performance gap between the Dark Horse and the GTD. Powered by a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine producing 830 horsepower, the Super Snake also offers an alternative naturally aspirated version rated at 480 horsepower. It is paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 10-speed automatic transmission. Manual-transmission models feature a Shelby-branded spherical shift knob. Exterior enhancements include an aluminum hood, carbon fiber accents, enlarged cooling ducts, and new magnesium alloy wheels. The chassis, half-shafts, and wheel lug bolts have all been comprehensively reinforced for enhanced performance. The vehicle will be available in both coupe and convertible body styles.
