Mercedes-Benz announced on January 12 that it delivered over 575,000 new vehicles in the Chinese market in 2025. Among them, the Mercedes-Maybach GLS SUV—a model under the brand’s luxury sub-brand—performed exceptionally well, with annual deliveries increasing by nearly 14% year-over-year. Mercedes-Benz stated that in 2026, it will accelerate product updates and plans to introduce more than 15 new and refreshed models to the Chinese market, further enriching its product lineup to meet the diverse needs of Chinese consumers.
