On January 12, ECARX Holdings announced it had secured a $45.6 million strategic investment from Geely Holding Group, which subscribed to newly issued Class A ordinary shares at $1.67 per share, subject to a six-month lock-up period. This funding comes just two months after ECARX raised $150 million in convertible notes from ATW Partners in November of the previous year, underscoring strong capital market confidence in the company’s technology and growth prospects. In the third quarter of 2025, ECARX reported revenue of $219.9 million, an 11% year-over-year increase, while gross profit surged by 39% to $47.6 million. Its products have achieved a 77% penetration rate across Geely-affiliated vehicle models and are widely deployed in key models such as Geely Galaxy and Lynk & Co. For example, the Galaxy A7 features the Antora® 1000 AI Enhanced Platform, and the Galaxy M9 utilizes the Parker® Computing Platform. Meanwhile, ECARX is accelerating its global expansion, having partnered with the Volkswagen Group to deliver smart cockpit solutions for the Latin American market. As of the end of September 2025, nearly 10 million vehicles worldwide have been equipped with ECARX technology, spanning markets in Europe, Asia, Australia, and Latin America.
