Venucia V DD-i Orca Launches: 1,221km PHEV SUV from ¥99,900 for Limited Time

On January 13, the 2026 Venucia DaV DD-i "Orca" officially launched in China, offering three variants with an official manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) ranging from RMB 129,900 to RMB 149,900. A limited-time promotional price is available from just RMB 99,900 to RMB 119,900. The new model is powered by a dedicated 1.5L plug-in hybrid engine with a thermal efficiency of 43%. It delivers a CLTC-rated combined range of 1,221 km and a pure electric range of 150 km. Its WLTC-rated combined fuel consumption is as low as 1.09 L/100 km, while its fuel consumption in charge-sustaining (low-battery) mode is 4.2 L/100 km, resulting in an estimated operating cost of approximately RMB 0.12–0.30 per kilometer. In terms of intelligent features, the vehicle is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip and 16GB RAM + 128GB storage, supporting OTA updates and ultra-fast voice interaction with a response time of just 450 milliseconds. The chassis features a rare-for-its-class five-link rear suspension and a full-frame subframe, enhancing driving stability and handling. Stylistically, it sports a closed-off front fascia, split headlights, and a dual-tone body finish. Wheel options include 18- or 19-inch alloys, and the battery can be fast-charged from 30% to 80% in just 21 minutes.
