Benteng Pony Moda Launches January 16: A Stylish New Retro Micro EV

FAW Bestune announced that the new Bestune Xiao Ma "Modern Horse" variant will officially launch on January 16. Featuring a modern retro design language, the new model debuts with a refreshed front bumper and adds a roof-mounted luggage rack, incorporating retro-inspired details both inside and out. As a new version of the 2026 Bestune Xiao Ma, it retains the three-door, four-seat layout and offers two permanent magnet synchronous motor options—20 kW and 30 kW—paired uniformly across all trims with a battery delivering a CLTC range of 222 km. The vehicle measures 3,000 mm in length, 1,510 mm in width, and 1,630 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 1,953 mm. Previously, Bestune launched five variants of the Xiao Ma in July 2024, priced between RMB 34,900 and RMB 45,900. To celebrate the rollout of its 200,000th vehicle, FAW Bestune is simultaneously introducing a "Fivefold Grand Gift" promotion, including a trade-in or upgrade bonus of up to RMB 5,000, purchase tax subsidy, low down-payment financing plans, a complimentary accessory package, and lifetime warranty coverage for both the entire vehicle and its core electric components (battery, motor, and electronic control system).
