The plan proposes improving the data collection and management mechanism for intelligent connected vehicles to promote cross-enterprise, cross-regional, and cross-industry data collaboration and mutual trust. It emphasizes optimizing relevant policies and regulatory systems to establish a comprehensive safety assurance framework covering safety driver training, vehicle supervision, emergency response, and other key aspects. The plan also prioritizes supporting the deployment of autonomous driving large models that have passed testing and evaluation. Additionally, it aims to effectively align local testing and application policies with national pilot programs for market access, guiding enterprises to enhance their industrialization capabilities and accelerate the real-world implementation of high-level autonomous driving technologies.
