At the "Chery AI Night" event on January 17, Chairman Yin Tongyue announced, "In 2026, Chery’s AI will continue to be unapologetically ambitious," and officially unveiled the company's comprehensive AI strategy. Chery has been deeply engaged in AI development for over 20 years, investing more than RMB 40 billion. From early voice interaction systems to its current ventures into humanoid robots ("Moyin") and quadrupedal robotic dogs ("Argos"), Chery has established an AI Research Institute and Mojia Robotics Company. Its AI technologies now span intelligent cabins, advanced intelligent driving, digital-intelligent chassis, energy management, and low-altitude flight, permeating the entire value chain—including R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. By 2026, Chery plans to equip its entire vehicle lineup with the Lingxi Intelligent Cabin system, deploy the Falcon Intelligent Driving system on more than 35 models, and bring L3/L4 autonomous driving to market. Yin emphasized that AI must be "human-centric," focusing on three key areas—products, emotions, and industry—to build a safe, warm, and inclusive AI ecosystem.
