The Shangjie Z7 coupe has officially launched, with a price range of RMB 250,000 to 350,000. The vehicle features a low-slung, wide-body design, complemented by a 0.5 wheel-to-height ratio and a 4:1 wheelbase-to-track ratio, creating a dynamic and elongated silhouette. It offers nine exterior paint colors inspired by natural gemstones and five urban-style wheel designs, all featuring excellent scratch- and abrasion-resistant finishes. Aerodynamically, the Z7 integrates advanced elements such as a roof-mounted LiDAR, active grille shutters, and front bumper air curtains to optimize drag performance. Its lighting system is particularly striking: the front headlights incorporate 408 laser-illuminated points, while the rear lights embed 13,000 “diamond-like” facets with a total of 91,000 precisely cut surfaces. Underpinning the Z7 is a sophisticated suspension setup—double-wishbone at the front and five-link independent at the rear—paired with an air suspension system. The car also features Huawei’s Tuling chassis technology, the “Giant Whale” battery, XMC intelligent chassis control, and the Qiankun advanced driver-assistance system, delivering a compelling blend of cutting-edge technology and driving performance.
