XPeng announced that its Tianji AI OS 6.0 will begin its first wave of rollouts on January 20, initially available on models including the XPeng X9 Super Range Extender. The new system features a fresh "Yu Guang" design language, more dynamic nonlinear interactive animations, and supports 3D lane-level SR navigation, cross-scenario multi-turn conversations, a revamped Game Center, and XPeng’s VLM (Visual Language Model), which can work in tandem with the second-generation VLA. Additionally, at the 2026 Global Product Launch Event, He Xiaopeng revealed that the second-generation VLA will be rolled out in batches starting in March. Compatible models include the 2025 P7 Ultra, G7 EV Ultra, X9 Super Range Extender Ultra, as well as the 2026 P7+, G6, G9, and G7 Super Range Extender in their Ultra/SE trims. The Max variants of these models will complete distillation adaptation by 2026 and will be equipped with one Turing AI chip and dual Orin-X chips.
