Zeekr’s all-new flagship SUV—the 8X—is set to launch soon, positioned as a “Super Electric Hybrid High-Performance Flagship SUV” with a starting pre-sale price of approximately RMB 400,000. Built on the SEA-S super electric hybrid architecture, the 8X carries forward the design language of the 9X, featuring two waterfall-style front grille options, split headlights, and projection headlights capable of casting illuminated patterns onto the ground. Measuring 5,100 mm in length, 1,998 mm in width, and 1,780 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,069 mm, the 8X offers interior space comparable to that of the BMW X5. At the rear, it features distinctive “Qiankun”-style taillights and a hidden rear wiper, enhancing its overall aesthetic appeal. Under the hood, the 8X is powered by a 2.0T plug-in hybrid system, with the engine delivering a maximum output of 205 kW. All variants are expected to come standard with dual motors (front and rear) and feature a closed-loop air suspension, electromagnetic dampers, and a 48V electronic anti-roll bar—shared with the 9X Hyper—to emphasize dynamic handling and premium driving dynamics.
