Denza, BYD's premium brand, will officially enter the Philippine market in Q1 2026 and establish "Denza Philippines Corporation" to operate directly. The first batch of dealership outlets will be located in Alabang, Greenhills, and Cebu. The flagship model to be launched is the all-electric Denza D9, built on the e-Platform 3.0 and equipped with the DiSus intelligent suspension system. Featuring dual-motor all-wheel drive, it delivers a full-charge range of 580 kilometers and is positioned as a luxury MPV, directly competing against the Lexus LM and Toyota Alphard. Previously, the D9 DM-i extended-range variant received certification from the Philippine Land Transportation Office (LTO) in 2025; this time, the all-electric version will be introduced first. Denza stated that it aims to reshape the local premium mobility market through intelligent driving technologies.
