On January 22, Geely Holding Group unveiled its "One Geely, Global Leadership" strategic vision for 2030 at a strategy briefing. The company aims to achieve global vehicle sales exceeding 6.5 million units and revenue surpassing RMB 1 trillion by 2030, placing it among the world’s top five automakers by sales volume. Under this plan, new energy vehicles (NEVs) will account for 75% of total sales, with overseas sales making up more than one-third of the total. In 2025, Geely already achieved total sales of 4.1 million units (a 26% year-over-year increase), including approximately 2.29 million NEVs, representing a penetration rate of over 56%. Geely stated that its 2030 targets are aligned with market dynamics and will require continuous enhancement of product offerings, production capacity, supply chain resilience, and distribution capabilities, while also addressing varying regulations and consumer preferences across global markets. This ambitious goal underscores Geely’s determination to evolve from a China-leading automaker into a globally dominant player.
