On January 22, Geely Holding Group unveiled its "One Geely, Comprehensive Leadership" 2030 Strategy on the occasion of its 40th anniversary, announcing a shift from asset integration to capability convergence. The strategy emphasizes enhanced top-level synergy across the group to drive joint technological innovation, shared market expansion, and integrated supply chain resources. Facing intensified competition in the deep waters of electrification and intelligent mobility, Geely set ambitious 2030 targets: global sales exceeding 6.5 million vehicles, revenue surpassing RMB 1 trillion, new energy vehicles accounting for 75% of total sales, and overseas sales representing over one-third of the total. Currently, Geely has achieved annual sales exceeding 4 million vehicles for the first time, with a new energy vehicle penetration rate of 56%, ranking it seventh globally. The new strategy aims to address internal brand inefficiencies, enhance global operational efficiency, and develop new growth engines such as methanol-hydrogen ecosystems and integrated air-ground mobility solutions—accelerating Geely’s transformation from an automaker into a smart, green mobility technology service provider.
