He stated that Arcfox has never engaged in any malicious attacks against Deepal Auto and firmly opposes any improper conduct that disrupts market order. Qiao pointed out that certain media outlets and social media accounts, without verifying the facts, have amplified unfounded rumors, causing tangible damage to Arcfox’s reputation. He emphasized that the company reserves the right to pursue legal accountability. He reiterated that Arcfox consistently complies with national regulations on online public opinion management, resists internet trolls and malicious PR campaigns, and addresses doubts solely through product strength and user satisfaction. Qiao also called on fellow automotive industry players to focus on R&D, technology, and service quality, jointly fostering a healthy and orderly competitive environment to drive high-quality industry development. Previously, Deepal Auto CEO Jiang Hairong had reposted related critical posts, stating his intention to take legal action against malicious online actors.
