On January 28, Black Sesame Technologies officially launched FAD 2.0, a quasi-production-ready open platform for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) designed for all scenarios. Built on the Huashan A2000 chip—which has already received global sales approval—the platform marks the A2000’s entry into large-scale commercial deployment. FAD 2.0 supports third-party software ecosystems and is scheduled for release in Q1 2026. It will be compatible with Open VLA and other cutting-edge model architectures in the industry, providing core computing power to support the commercialization of advanced ADAS. As a leading AI computing platform company, Black Sesame Technologies’ launch of this platform is expected to accelerate the adoption and widespread deployment of advanced driver-assistance technologies.
