Cainiao and Jushi Intelligence have announced a deep strategic integration. Cainiao will inject its autonomous vehicle business into Jushi and become a shareholder through a cash investment, ceasing direct production and sales of autonomous vehicles. Following the integration, Jushi has been granted authorization to use the "Cainiao Autonomous Vehicle" brand, enabling dual-brand operations. Cainiao will focus on leveraging its logistics scenarios and ecosystem advantages to drive the adoption of autonomous vehicles in logistics, while Jushi will strengthen its Level 4 autonomous driving technology and supply chain capabilities to build the RoboVan "super carrier." The former Cainiao autonomous vehicle management and technical teams will also join Jushi to participate in strategic planning and operations. Going forward, "Jushi Intelligence" will concentrate on full-stack in-house R&D and omniscenario smart transportation solutions, while "Cainiao Autonomous Vehicle" will focus on specific scenarios and key account (KA) clients, delivering intelligent supply chain services.
