SAIC Maxus announced January sales of 18,603 units, up 24% year-over-year. Sales of new energy vehicles surged by 52% year-over-year, while overseas exports reached 9,205 units, an increase of 12% year-over-year. By brand, Maxus sold 15,091 units (+16%), and Yuejin sold 3,512 units (+77%). Breaking down by model segments: - Light commercial vans recorded sales of 7,010 units (+19%), with the DANA series soaring by 90%. - Yuejin light-duty trucks sold 3,512 units (+77%), driven by a remarkable 161% surge in its new energy models. - Pickup truck sales totaled 5,924 units (+26%). - RV deliveries reached 151 units, while recreational vehicle (RV) sales hit 110 units, skyrocketing by 206% year-over-year. Overseas markets delivered strong performance: Maxus ranked first in Norway and Singapore’s pure-electric细分 markets, secured second place in Australia’s large van segment, and led the pure-electric van and MPV细分 markets in Hong Kong.
