In a livestream on February 2, Xiaomi Auto revealed that its R&D testing has covered more than 300 cities nationwide, accumulating over 28 million kilometers of road testing. The company has built over 100 self-operated laboratories in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, and other cities, with a testing team exceeding 800 personnel. According to data released, Xiaomi Auto delivered over 39,000 vehicles in January 2026. Its flagship model, the YU7, was launched alongside a "7-year low-interest" financing plan, starting at a down payment of RMB 99,900 and monthly installments as low as RMB 1,931.
