Recently, a Leapmotor employee posted on social media criticizing the company's electronics division annual meeting as "disappointing," citing the absence of lunch and air conditioning at the event, which sparked public attention. In response, Zhu Jiangming, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Leapmotor, issued an all-staff letter last evening acknowledging that some employees had a poor experience and felt wronged during the event. He noted that this incident exposed shortcomings in the company's organizational capabilities. Zhu stated that Leapmotor has already initiated a comprehensive review of the annual meeting, vowing to seriously reflect on the issues and implement improvements to enhance employee experience and internal management standards.
