According to the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), as of 24:00 on February 3, China's retail price ceilings for gasoline and diesel were raised by RMB 205 and RMB 195 per tonne, respectively. On a national average basis, prices for Grade 92 gasoline, Grade 95 gasoline, and Grade 0 diesel increased by RMB 0.16, RMB 0.17, and RMB 0.17 per liter, respectively. For a typical 50-liter fuel tank, filling up with Grade 92 gasoline will now cost approximately RMB 8 more. During the current pricing cycle (January 20 to February 2), international crude oil prices showed an overall upward trend with fluctuations, prompting another increase in domestic refined fuel prices.
