On February 4, China Construction Bank (CCB) held a working meeting with China Changan Automobile Group in Chongqing and signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement. CCB Deputy President Han Jing and Changan Automobile Chief Financial Officer Wang Kun signed the agreement on behalf of their respective parties. Additionally, CCB’s subsidiary Jianxin Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd. and CCB’s Chongqing Branch separately signed framework agreements for business cooperation with Avatr, Deepal Auto, Changan Qiyuan, and Changan Kaicheng—four brands under Changan Automobile. Both sides will focus on deepening collaboration in key areas including new energy vehicle transformation, intelligent innovation, global expansion, supply chain finance, and automotive sales, aiming to foster shared ecosystem development, enhance strategic synergy, and establish a new paradigm of integrated growth.
