Chrysler has initiated a large-scale recall in the United States due to a design flaw in the trailer tow module, which could cause trailer lights to fail to illuminate and lead to brake system failure. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the recall affects 456,287 vehicles, including the 2024–2026 Jeep Wagoneer S models. The company has already begun implementing corrective measures to address the safety hazard.
