On February 5, Tao Lin, Vice President of Tesla, revealed on Weibo that deliveries from the Shanghai Gigafactory have already accounted for more than half of Tesla's global delivery volume in 2025. Meanwhile, the company’s energy storage Gigafactory in Shanghai has also commenced production, supplying products to multiple markets both domestically and overseas. Tao Lin stated that this achievement would not have been possible without the collective dedication and hard work of all employees. As one of Tesla’s most critical manufacturing bases globally, the Shanghai Gigafactory continues to play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s worldwide deliveries and business expansion.
