The Harmony Intelligent Mobility's new SHANGYE Z7 coupe has recently commenced extreme cold-weather testing. The company has released official images of the camouflaged prototype and announced an upcoming winter test video. The Z7 features a low-slung stance, a long hood, and a fastback silhouette, complemented by semi-recessed door handles and a full-width “Starry Sky” taillight. It is equipped with a high-resolution LiDAR sensor on the roof—the same unit used on the Zhijie V9. The vehicle measures approximately 5 meters in length, stands 1.4–1.5 meters tall, and has a wheelbase of around 3 meters. It is outfitted with five millimeter-wave radars, and its advanced driver-assistance hardware closely mirrors that of the R7, M7, and M8 models. Reports indicate the Z7 will be offered in three variants: a standard version, a shooting brake variant (possibly named Z7T), and a high-performance version. All variants will be fully electric, with the mainstream models expected to be priced between RMB 250,000 and RMB 300,000, while the high-performance variant could reach approximately RMB 400,000.
