To ensure a smooth travel experience for users during the Spring Festival, Xiaomi Auto has announced three exclusive services from February 9 to March 3: - 24/7 free roadside assistance (including a RMB 500 ride-hailing voucher and vehicle delivery to another city), - 24/7 on-site tire repair and online support, and - Reimbursement of up to RMB 1,500 for transportation expenses and RMB 500 for accommodation if the vehicle breaks down due to an unexpected mechanical fault. These services are supported by Xiaomi’s nationwide network of 275 service centers across 158 cities, offering mechanical and electrical repairs, accident vehicle intake, and other services. Both the Xiaomi Auto app store and physical stores will remain fully operational during this period. This move is seen as a critical step in Xiaomi’s strategic shift from merely “selling cars” to providing “full-lifecycle vehicle ownership services.” Previously, Xiaomi launched a low-interest financing plan for its YU7 model—offering seven-year financing with a down payment starting at RMB 49,900 and including two zero-gravity seats as a complimentary gift—as part of its push to achieve a delivery target of 550,000 vehicles by 2026.
