Li Auto has officially unveiled its new flagship SUV—the Li L9 Livis—priced at RMB 559,800, set to debut in the second quarter of this year. Representing the culmination of a decade of Li Auto’s technological advancements, the L9 Livis is not only a smart electric vehicle but also the first embodiment of the company’s embodied AI robotics strategy. The vehicle is equipped with two self-developed 5nm “Dual Mach 10” chips, delivering a total computing power of 2,560 TOPS—three times that of NVIDIA’s Thor-U chip. It features a 360-degree LiDAR system, an 800V fully active suspension, and a “complete” drive-by-wire chassis—the industry’s first to integrate steer-by-wire, four-wheel steering, and globally pioneering fully electric mechanical braking (EMB). The intelligent cabin will be upgraded with Qualcomm’s next-generation chip, while the enlarged body houses a 70 kWh battery pack and 5C ultra-fast charging technology, enabling a pure electric range exceeding 400 kilometers. It also adopts a next-generation range extender with higher thermal efficiency. Li Xiang, founder and CEO of Li Auto, describes the L9 Livis as a “living, intelligent companion.”
