Ford Motor (China) Co., Ltd. has recently filed a recall plan with China's State Administration for Market Regulation, announcing an immediate recall of 1,706 Lincoln Corsair vehicles produced between August 5 and November 27, 2025. The recall is due to some vehicles being incorrectly equipped with a flat mirror lens (instead of the required convex mirror) on the left exterior rearview mirror, which reduces the driver’s field of view to the left rear and poses a safety hazard. Ford will address this issue through authorized Lincoln dealers by inspecting the left exterior rearview mirror on affected vehicles free of charge and replacing any flat mirror lenses with compliant convex ones to eliminate the risk.
