On February 7, Li Auto rolled out OTA version 8.3, covering the Li Auto MEGA, i-series, and L-series models, introducing 23 new features and 12 experience enhancements. The update enables users to check real-time availability of Li Auto Super Charging stations directly in the app, helping them avoid peak-hour queues. Pure electric vehicles can now remotely activate battery pre-heating or pre-cooling to improve charging efficiency. The infotainment system now supports playing local audio and video files from an external USB drive, compatible with mainstream formats. For 2022 and 2023 L-series models, a new AI Art Screensaver displays dynamic or static visuals that match the vehicle’s body color. When exiting a facility with ADAS assistance, if parking fees are incurred at an Alipay-partnered parking lot, the system will proactively prompt the user to pay. Additionally, the VLA large model has been upgraded for smarter lane changes and can now remember preferred speeds and lane selections at specific intersections. A new voice alert for rear obstacles during reversing has also been added, and Unity-based games now support virtual controller input from smartphones.
