XPeng Motors recently unveiled key specifications of its all-new AI-powered luxury six-seater flagship SUV—the XPeng GX—for the first time. Positioned as a full-size large SUV, the vehicle measures 5,265 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, and 1,800 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,115 mm. It is equipped with XPeng’s self-developed 800V hybrid silicon-carbide dual-motor intelligent all-wheel-drive system, delivering a maximum output of 430 kW (585 PS) and peak torque of 695 N·m. The SUV features the Kunpeng powertrain system, supports 5C ultra-fast charging, and integrates steer-by-wire and rear-wheel steering technologies. Wheel options include 22-inch multi-spoke wheels with an adaptive floating logo, as well as various 21-inch designs. The XPeng GX has been included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s (MIIT) 404th batch of vehicle announcements. It will be powered by four Turing chips, offering a local computing capacity of 3,000 TOPS and Level 4 autonomous driving capabilities, currently in the technical validation phase. According to He Xiaopeng, founder and CEO of XPeng, the GX is expected to officially launch in April or May this year.
