Having owned a Ford Expedition for 25 years, she wanted to upgrade her vehicle and ordered the GX 550 without thoroughly test-driving it. After waiting six months for delivery, she discovered numerous issues: insufficient cargo space when the third row is in use, too few cup holders and storage compartments, a small fuel tank coupled with high fuel consumption, and an interior lacking a sense of "luxury." She admitted that she finds new problems every day she drives it and, despite owning the vehicle for nearly a year, is still considering switching cars. She’s now looking at options like the Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, or returning to the Ford Expedition King Ranch. She emphasized the importance of thoroughly test-driving a vehicle before purchase and simulating everyday usage scenarios.
