Suzuki has unveiled the all-new Across SUV, a rebadged version of the Toyota RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid. The vehicle retains the RAV4’s rugged styling, featuring a unique grille, large alloy wheels, black wheel arches, and is available in four exterior colors. Inside, it adopts an “island-style” layout with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.9-inch central touchscreen, supporting a head-up display (HUD), wireless charging, and five USB-C ports. All trims come standard with Level 2 driver-assistance features, including a pre-collision system, adaptive cruise control, and a 360-degree camera system. Power comes from Toyota’s familiar 2.5L plug-in hybrid powertrain, delivering strong combined output and accelerating from 0–62 mph in 6.1 seconds. The electric-only range has been improved, and the vehicle comes standard with E-Four all-wheel drive and a Trail off-road driving mode. The new Across will be sold exclusively in Europe, with a starting price expected to be slightly higher than the previous generation’s €58,000 (approximately RMB 450,000). It will not be offered in the U.S. market.
