NIO announced that over 350 of its service centers nationwide will remain operational throughout the Spring Festival holiday to fully support vehicle usage needs for both local and out-of-town users. Starting February 10, NIO will offer chauffeur services without charging users any additional "Spring Festival service fee." Its emergency roadside assistance will continue operating 24/7 year-round. Additionally, NIO’s sub-brand ONVO is rolling out a special promotion: from February 15 to 23, users can enjoy free battery swaps at all highway battery swap stations across the country. Looking ahead, NIO plans to build 1,000 new battery swap stations by 2026. This year, it will complete the Silk Road battery swap corridor and significantly expand deployment of its fifth-generation swap stations. Firefly (Yinghuochong) users will also soon gain access to battery swap services.
