On February 10, Li Bin, founder of NIO, revealed at an all-hands meeting that the company achieved a 47% year-over-year increase in vehicle deliveries in 2025, with growth exceeding 70% in the second half of the year. NIO also reached the milestone of its one-millionth mass-produced vehicle rolling off the production line in January of this year. The company expects its Non-GAAP operating profit for Q4 2025 to be between RMB 700 million and RMB 1.2 billion. Li Bin clearly stated that one of NIO’s core goals for 2026 is to achieve full-year Non-GAAP profitability, emphasizing that reasonable profitability is the foundation for sustainable business development. During the meeting, NIO introduced its inaugural “Special Contribution Award.” The all-new ES8 team won the sole Grand Prize, while teams behind the ONVO L90, Firefly project, in-house developed chips, and supply chain cost-reduction initiatives each received First Prizes. Li Bin encouraged all employees to continuously strive for excellence and deliver results beyond expectations.
