Xiaomi Auto Launches 2026 Spring Festival Peace-of-Mind Service: Free Roadside Assistance + Up to ¥1,500 Travel Reimbursement

To ensure smooth travel during the 2026 Spring Festival holiday, Xiaomi Auto is launching its "Spring Festival Peace-of-Mind Service" from today until March 3 (Lantern Festival). During this period, all vehicle owners will enjoy 24/7 unlimited free roadside assistance—regardless of breakdowns or accidents that render their vehicles immobile—with no restrictions on the number of uses or distance covered. If a vehicle breaks down on the road, owners will receive a 500 RMB ride-hailing voucher. Should repairs remain incomplete beyond February 23, Xiaomi will deliver the vehicle free of charge to a designated city and reimburse up to 1,500 RMB for high-speed rail or airfare, plus provide an additional 500 RMB accommodation subsidy. Additionally, all 275 delivery centers nationwide will remain operational throughout the Spring Festival holiday, offering temporary license plate processing and vehicle handover services—enabling customers to place an order in the morning and pick up their car the same afternoon.
