Key evaluation criteria include total cost, technical and service capabilities, supply stability, product quality, and compliance. GM reaffirmed that China remains a critical component of its global strategy and pledged to further deepen its business operations in the country, strengthening its local supply chain through long-term collaboration with domestic suppliers.
