On February 11, Faraday Future (FF) announced that it has signed seven upgraded agreements with its strategic partner, Hebei Huanzhou Automotive Sales Co., Ltd., to jointly advance the U.S. regulatory certification, mass production, and delivery of the FX Super One all-electric vehicle. The agreements cover key areas including component procurement, engineering services, and intellectual property licensing, and clearly define arrangements for after-sales support and technical assistance. Building on this project’s progress, both parties will also collaborate on developing three new models, including the FX 4. FF stated that this move marks the entry of its “EAI Global Industrial Bridge Strategy” into a phase of large-scale implementation and that, through technology transfer, it will empower the FX series with the AI and software capabilities of the FF 91, delivering high-value intelligent electric vehicles to the U.S. market.
