Today, Avatr officially rolled out the AVATR.OS 5.0.0 update to its entire vehicle lineup, featuring significant upgrades to the HarmonyOS cockpit and Huawei’s Qiankun intelligent driving system. The new version introduces the MoLA large-model assistant, which supports phrase composition, character decomposition, knowledge error correction, and deep intent understanding. On the intelligent driving front, the system is upgraded to ADS 4.1, adding features such as urban NCA three-point U-turns, integrated longitudinal and lateral obstacle avoidance, and enhanced automatic emergency steering assist. It also optimizes the experience of Valet Parking (VPD) and Navigation-guided Driving Assist. In the cockpit, new additions include the Star Ring screen themes—"Rhythm," "Boundless," and "Childlike Dream"—a 3D intelligent control desktop, dynamic lighting effects synced with visuals ("Light Follows Shadow"), customizable personal cockpit settings, and automatic seat ventilation and heating for both driver and front passenger. Additionally, the update introduces practical functions such as driver incapacitation assistance, prevention of unintended acceleration pedal activation, automatic power-on in Sentry Mode, WLAN hotspot support, and DLNA screen mirroring.
