In January 2026, Xiaomi's YU7 topped China's passenger vehicle sales chart with 37,869 units sold, surpassing popular models such as the Boyue L. Xiaomi Auto delivered over 39,000 vehicles in total during January, with the YU7 serving as its mainstay model. To boost sales, Lei Jun introduced attractive financing options—seven-year low-interest and three-year zero-interest plans—and included purchase incentives worth RMB 55,000. Xiaomi showrooms remained open throughout the Chinese New Year holiday, with select in-stock vehicles available for same-day order and delivery. In 2025, Xiaomi Auto delivered a total of 411,837 vehicles, a year-over-year surge of 200.9%, marking its first entry into the industry’s top ten. Bolstered by this strong start, Xiaomi has set its 2026 delivery target at 550,000 units, representing an approximate 34% year-over-year increase.
