On February 12, the State Administration for Market Regulation released the "Compliance Guidelines for Pricing Practices in the Automotive Industry," aiming to standardize competitive order, protect consumer rights, and promote the transformation of China's automotive industry toward technology- and quality-driven growth. On the same day, Xiaomi Auto issued a statement explicitly expressing its firm support for and active response to the Guidelines. The company pledged to strictly comply with the relevant provisions, enhance its internal pricing management and compliance systems, implement clear price labeling, and eliminate price fraud and unfair competition practices. Additionally, Xiaomi Auto will leverage synergies across its industrial chain to encourage partners to jointly adhere to the Guidelines, working together to uphold a fair competitive environment and support the high-quality development of China’s automotive industry.
