Horizon Robotics' HSD intelligent driving system has received its first OTA update, with version V1.5 now rolled out to Chery Exeed ET5 users. This update focuses on "more human-like driving and more confident parking," enhancing multiple features including speed control, intersection navigation, defensive driving, and obstacle recognition. Dynamic gear-shifting performance has been improved, enabling gear changes without requiring a full stop for smoother parking maneuvers. Parking space detection accuracy and success rates in narrow spaces have also significantly increased. The user interface now features new Spring Festival and "Radiant Glow" visual effects, along with enhanced SR app visuals that render obstacles more vividly and clearly. Users can access the "Playground" via the SR app to view version details and activate new features.
